I have a passion for teaching and the learning process within every individual student, which I believe would assist in my ability to work closely to support the learning process for all students. I can teach Chemistry, Biology and Integrated Sciences at the Middle School and Biology to high school students. I have much experience at this school and in my previous schools of being creative with my knowledge and experiences and can easily adapt very quickly to many new working positions, making me a very motivated, driven and enthusiastic person. I believe my teaching style to be one which creates an expressive and productive learning environment which enables the students to become independent and confident learners. I have 11 years of experience in teaching Chemistry, Biology and Integrated Sciences to students of many nationalities, many backgrounds and learning abilities. This includes providing differentiated learning experiences in my classroom to impart my knowledge and motivation toward science on my students. I have experience of teaching IBDP, IGCSE, GCE-AS + A2, ICSE, ISC and CBSE curriculum. With this, I am currently an Examiner for BIOLOGY - SL – Paper-2, Examiner for TOK, Examiner for Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) for Biology and a member of the Curriculum Review Committee for IBDP Biology. An interesting achievement, of which I hold dear is being one of the 100 teachers, from all over the world to be selected for an intensive Training at the US Space & Shuttle Center, Huntsville, Alabama, USA – as a STEM teacher, in June 2017. I have many ICT skills and am very competent with computer programs, including MS Office and all types of technology. I have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point, using them to stimulate the use of critical thinking skills and intellectual growth in my students, in order to develop interesting and inquisitive.
